CLW Corporate Office Team

The Corporate Office supports all CLW locations operationally, financially, in all personnel matters.  Further, the Corporate Office team is easily accessible to all staff and/or stakeholders who may need assistance, have questions/concerns, require guidance and more.

Jennie Msangi

Chief Operating Officer/Administrator
Jennie joined CLW in 2016 as Administrator for the Canton location.  In 2021 she took on the additional responsibility of Administrator to the CLW Akron location and then became part of the quality assurance team.  Most recently Jennie began her new role as Chief Operating Officer in 2025.  She oversees a workforce of over 100 employees, serving nearly 400 participants.

Jennie has made a life-time commitment to serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She has over 40 years of experience and has held leadership positions in several County Board programs.

She earned a Master of Education in Education Administration from Ashland University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Malone University.

Outside of CLW she is a wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with family.

DiAnn Winchel

Employment Services Director.
DiAnn has been with CLW since its inception in 2008. She brings 25 years of experience in the field, including 18 years with CLW. DiAnn oversees in-house vocational habilitation services that focus on developing job skills and fostering independence. DiAnn also manages job procurement services collaborating with companies to create paid work opportunities, oversees the Vocational side of our Bridging the Gap program, Enclave services, and most recently Community Employment.

She would love to talk to you about any and all of these!

Known for her creativity and dedication to quality services she continues to advocate for inclusive opportunities and high standards in habilitation supports that help participants thrive both within CLW and beyond.

Being here since literal day one, she has been an integral part of the growth and development of CLW and is very proud of what her and her team have accomplished!

Samantha McGinnis

Director of Nursing & Quality Improvement
Sam began her career at CLW in 2013 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).  She was an integral part of the team providing over 10 years of direct care and nursing services to CLW participants.

In 2017, Sam was promoted to Director of Nursing (DON) and began providing guidance and oversight for the nursing services at all CLW locations.  Shortly after this time, Sam took on the additional responsibility of being the Administrator for one of the CLW locations, while maintaining her role as the DON and continuing to provide the nursing care to that site's participants.

In 2023, Sam was again promoted to take on the quality initiatives of the company.  Her role was modified so that she could direct quality improvement companywide while maintaining her role as DON.

Sam obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management at Ohio University in 2022 after obtaining an Associates of Applied Business Office Administration Technology in 2019. 

Stephanie Lichty

Business Office Specialist
Stephanie began her career with CLW in 2024 as the Payroll Specialist.  She was recently promoted to the Business Office Specialist in 2025. She holds an Associate of Accounting Technology degree from Kent State University, which she attained in 2015. Following her collegiate studies, she gained professional experience as a bookkeeper and tax preparer.

In addition, Stephanie spent several years in the e-commerce industry, where she played a key role in developing a successful online jewelry company.

Stephanie continues to play a crucial role at the Corporate Office as the main payroll processor, IT contact, transportation contact, and much more for the company.

Jessica Abdelwahed

Administrative Assistant
Jessica was born and raised in Pennsylvania where she still lives today. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree In Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management in 2004.

Prior to starting her career at CLW in 2019, Jessica worked in several management positions with Hilton Brand Hotels, relocating for work purposes, from Dayton, Ohio to Boston, Massachusetts.

Jessica also worked in a medical office for an Orthopedic Surgeon and Outpatient Therapy prior to joining CLW.

Jessica is an integral part of the CLW team as the main billing contact and processor.  She also supports the Corporate Office administratively for payroll, human resources, and more.  She is also the friendly voice you will encounter whenever you call us!
